Every aspect of our experience with kilim was fabulous. They are so responsive and willing to answer all questions. When we asked about a particular rug, they even sent us additional photos of it so that we would have an accurate representation of the color. It arrived as promised, in great condition and is absolutely beautiful! We could not be happier.

Kilim Studio are outstanding. The kilims that they sell are beautiful. I have bought a few rugs from them now and they have all arrived promptly and been identical to the pictures on the website.
