My family has been laughing at me because I cannot stop telling my new rugs how perfect they are! :) Thank you! And thank you for the gift. I am of Greek descent and have a very full appreciation for warding off the evil eye.

I've bought a number of rugs from Kilim.com over the years, both vintage and new/custom. All have been good quality and as represented online. The vintage rugs have arrived extremely quickly, in a matter of days. The custom rugs take longer but are worth the wait. Customer service is prompt and helpful. I highly recommend them.

Kilim Studio provided great service, got my package out for shipment rapidly, and safely! I love the 3 carpets I purchased from them, and they certainly live up to the photos . I couldn't be more pleased with the products and the level of service!

This is my 6th(!) rug purchase from kilim.com (of vintage kilims) and as always the rug is lovely, the colors true, the value for the money very good and the service/shipping seamless. Kilim.com has a great website with dynamic visual tools and lots of helpful details about the rugs. Very useful for researching before choosing a rug. The customer service was excellent and the shipping service was surprisingly fast.

Every aspect of our experience with kilim was fabulous. They are so responsive and willing to answer all questions. When we asked about a particular rug, they even sent us additional photos of it so that we would have an accurate representation of the color. It arrived as promised, in great condition and is absolutely beautiful! We could not be happier.

The sales folk at kilim are responsive and really helpful. They give clear responses which make it easier to make a decision on a large purchase.The shipping time was fast and free unlike many of the larger retailers.This is my third rug purchase from Kilim and initially I went with a different company - big mistake. I love my newest rug - it’s exactly as described and the quality is fantastic.

We were absolutely delighted with both the service and our new Kilim rug. The rug is even better than the picture (and it looked pretty sweet in the pic). And it was delivered very quickly. Loved the bookmarks, postcards and Evil Eye that came with the rug!
