We couldn't be more happy!! Great communication, the rug was exactly what was advertised! Buying a rug of this caliper online and only from pics was, to be honest, nerve-wracking! But what a great experience! I would highly recomend Kilim Rugs!!

So many beautiful overdyed rug options to choose from! I ordered 2 so I could decide on my favorite in my house. Both rugs I received were gorgeous, but one was an obvious winner in my space. The rug is as beautiful as I hoped. The communication about the delivery was transparent and in a timely manner, and the delivery itself was surprisingly fast, considering that it came from Turkey.I was impressed by the very personal touch - a little lucky token, a letter and some very nice postcards that were clearly done with love to the product and a good customer relationship in mind.
