Just received our rug, and it is beautiful. Just as pictured online, and fast shipping?!?! Let's say the day before the rug was in the Netherlands, the next day in Seattle fast. Got here before my rug pad from Overstock. This company is great, and when we need more rugs (we are redecorating our whole house), I will buy from Kilim.com

Even more important, the vintage rug arrived more quickly that I expected, and it is clean, beautiful, and in very good condition, as advertised. The little extra gift was a nice surprise.

Lovely rug. Better than expected. I ordered the rug, and was surprised when I found out it was coming directly from Turkey. I ordered a rug pad at the same time which was coming from Connecticut. The rug from Istanbul arrived first.

I have now bought two gorgeous vintage wool runner rugs from Kilim Studio and I couldn't be happier with them! Both were amazingly well portrayed on the website and what arrived was exactly what I expected. Plus they both were immaculately clean and in great condition. They even include a lavender sachet in the packaging of every rug. Nice touch. Communication was prompt, thorough and reassuring, also so nice that it was a real person, not just an automatic response. Delivery was fast and reliable. I needed an area rug for my office and narrowed it down to two colors of Turkish patchwork ones online. At first, I thought that I would order them both, keep the one that I wanted and return the other.But in discussion with the people at Kilim, they offered to superimpose images of my options with pictures I took of the office. The images were amazing! And made my choice obvious. I ordered one rug.When it arrived, I took a picture of the office with the real rug and could barely tell the difference between the real picture and the simulation they sent the week before.It was a wonderful 21st century rug buying experience.

Rug is perfect!Good communication, pretty fast shipping, arrived and looked even better than online. Appreciate the photoshop that helped me see how it would look in my space, and it was pretty accurate to reality. All in all, totally worth it for a rug that's so much nicer and more interesting than a similar priced new rug.
