Just wow!!! I love the beautiful rug I received. I came across this site when looking for an over dyed Turkish rug and was a little nervous because I’ve never ordered from them. The rug arrived quickly, great packaging, and they even included a little trinket gift. The rug is even more beautiful in person- artisan quality and unique. I can't say enough about the customer service from this company. Every step of the way, Can Gurel was extraordinarily responsive. My emails were returned within hours and he did everything in his power to make sure I was happy and satisfied. Customer service like this simply doesn't exist anywhere else. Also, the kilim I bought was beautiful and arrived exactly as advertised.

I don't think I'd find anything better priced than here. For me, the quality fits and since I am happy, this will be a 5-star review.

The service was second to one. Question.s were answered promptly. The rug arrived in no time. The quality of the rug is very good colours a bit different then Imagined although going back on the website, every thing was there for me to figure the right colours: the picture with the paint chart and the crayon would have been very useful if I had bothered to pay attention. Nevertheless, love the rug I strongly recommend.

I ordered my Kilim rug on August 5th and received it on August 12th. I couldn't believe how fast it came and with free shipping. It was packaged well. I opened it up and the rug looks exactly the same as the picture on the website. It is in wonderful shape and is just beautiful. I am so happy with the rug. After being in Turkey and buying a kilim while there, I can say that Kilim Studio prices and quality is just as good as traveling to Turkey and buying there. It's my second time purchasing from Kilim Studio and I have been happy both times with the quality and cost and I am sure I will purchase another one in the future.
