Y’all have the best rugs. I’ve ordered six vintage rugs and they’ve surpassed my expectations. I generally do not like buying rugs online because of the color variations, and unwrapping the delivery is kind of like opening a grab bag….you’re never sure what’s going to be inside! But I’ve always been super pleased; the rugs are of excellent quality, true to size, with a beautiful warm, vintage feel. The little free gifts y’all throw in are much appreciated too! Can’t say enough good things. :)

When we asked about a particular rug, they even sent us additional photos of it so that we would have an accurate representation of the color. We received a beautiful carpet in a gourgeous color just as was pictured and shipping was super fast. The packaging of our 10x10 carpet into a small package was an art in itself! And it came with a free gift of a good luck charm.

I was hesitant to purchase a rug from pictures on line. The colors within the rug were critical to me. Kilim.com upon my request for more color info, took additional pictures with crayons and paint swatches sitting on the carpet. That solidified my choice. The rug arrived quickly and the way it was folded and shipped left the rug without marks when placed on the floor. I wasn’t expecting it to be of the quality of my parents’ thick antique Persian rug and it wasn’t . For the price, I’m pleased with this vintage rug. It has more class and personality than a machine made rug you can find at a big box store.
