Rug is perfect!Good communication, pretty fast shipping, arrived and looked even better than online. Appreciate the photoshop that helped me see how it would look in my space, and it was pretty accurate to reality. All in all, totally worth it for a rug that's so much nicer and more interesting than a similar priced new rug.

My rug was shipped via FedEx and came super quick to the US, packed with care, and customer service team were incredibly caring for when there was a slight error on fedex’s end. When i received my package its exactly what i imagined, and it came in 7 days
