Kilim Studio are outstanding. The kilims that they sell are beautiful. I have bought a few rugs from them now and they have all arrived promptly and been identical to the pictures on the website. I have found that the colours of the rugs on the website perfectly match the real thing and it is always a delight to receive a kilim from them. Whenever I have had questions they have always been answered swiftly and their communications are clear and always helpful. I couldn't rate them more highly.

The kilim and the tulu arrived just as pictured: colors true to pics, in great condition (they're both vintage), clean, pressed, and ready to accent the rooms. Service, as always, is superb. I have now bought two gorgeous vintage wool runner rugs from Kilim Studio and I couldn't be happier with them! Both were amazingly well portrayed on the website and what arrived was exactly what I expected. Plus they both were immaculately clean and in great condition. They even include a lavender sachet in the packaging of every rug. Nice touch. Communication was prompt, thorough and reassuring, also so nice that it was a real person, not just an automatic response. Delivery was fast and reliable. Can't say enough about this company, I look forward to buying more rugs from Kilim.com and I recommend them to family and friends.

Speed and the fact that the rug was exactly as depicted in website photos. I loved the lavender and the spiritual glass charm which I found in my package. The rug was well packed and protected from the elements. Overall it was a terrific experience. I currently have several other rugs in the shopping cart. I also appreciated the link to the rug pad company.
