Easy to navigate website, good amount of detail listed, item exactly as described, very good deal, item arrived at my doorstep halfway around the world in 2.5 days. Item was packaged well and included a neat little Turkish charm and free carpet tape. I had a great experience and will most definitely buy from kilim.com again!

I highly recommend this company for the quality of their rugs and for their amazing customer service. I ordered a rug and in the process of it being shipped we were mandatorily evacuated because of hurricane Michael. I envisioned my beautiful rug sitting on our porch getting ruined while we were away. I emailed Kilim and requested they delay shipment and received an immediate response that they would deliver at a later date. We received the rug after the evacuation order ended and we had returned home. It is more beautiful than the pictures online. Kilim was also helpful in the selection process, sending additional pictures that included coordinating colors. I will purchase from Kilim again without a moments hesitation.

The kilim and the tulu arrived just as pictured: colors true to pics, in great condition (they're both vintage), clean, pressed, and ready to accent the rooms. Service, as always, is superb. The rug is exactly as pictured, it was well packaged, and a perfect addition in my space. There are so many wonderful options on the website to fit any size that you were looking for. I was concerned I wouldn’t be able to find a runner in the size that I needed and this is perfect.
