I highly recommend this company for the quality of their rugs and for their amazing customer service. I ordered a rug and in the process of it being shipped we were mandatorily evacuated because of hurricane Michael. I envisioned my beautiful rug sitting on our porch getting ruined while we were away. I emailed Kilim and requested they delay shipment and received an immediate response that they would deliver at a later date. We received the rug after the evacuation order ended and we had returned home. It is more beautiful than the pictures online. Kilim was also helpful in the selection process, sending additional pictures that included coordinating colors. I will purchase from Kilim again without a moments hesitation.

I love my new runner! It looks exactly like its picture, and it arrived very quickly. Plus I got a wonderful little gift of postcards with pictures of beautiful rugs, quotes from famous thinkers, and a lovely Turkish evil eye pendant for my home. Good quality. I thought the rug might be in NJ but it was shipped from Istanbul. Still arrived relatively fast. I've been to Istanbul 2x so i am a great fan of Turkish culture. My paintings and rugs take me back to a land i'd rather be.

This was my second purchase from Kilim. I loved my first rug so much I had to get a second for another room. The photos with the crayons really helped give me a "true" feel for the color so I was even more excited when it came and was better in person.
