This was my first purchase from Kilim.com. I was a little apprehensive because it seemed like a big purchase from a site I didn’t know but I couldn’t be happier. The site has huge selection, so much that it was difficult to choose. I ended up choosing a vintage rug. The site’s high resolution photos made it possible to judge the condition of the rug before I ordered. It shipped from Turkey, came well packaged and arrived quickly for an international order. Kilim.com also include a couple unexpected gifts, a simple but well made bag that went to my girlfriend and a nice, traditional Turkish glass charm. The good quality gifts was a classy touch. I’m not an expert on rug values but from shopping around it seems like the price was good. I want to thank Kilim.com for the great service. I am also appreciative of the hard working, under appreciated artists that make these beautiful rugs.

The color brown is different at the bottom 14” of rug and there are a few flaws in the weaving. I’m keeping it. I will place furniture to distract from flaws.

Ida was unbelievably helpful. I purchased an overdyed rug and she contacted me with more pictures and descriptions to ensure I would be satisfied with my purchase. With her guidance, I ended up choosing a different rug that works perfectly in my home. I didn’t feel like a faceless customer like I do when making an online purchase. I was hesitant to buy such a high end item on line from thousands of miles away ... but my experience was beyond expectation. The kilim we purchased is absolutely gorgeous ,reasonably priced and excellent quality. My questions were promptly answered online, with extra photos sent to confirm colors and texture. Shipping was fast and reliable ...we are hooked! About to purchase a second rug.
