Speed and the fact that the rug was exactly as depicted in website photos. I loved the lavender and the spiritual glass charm which I found in my package. The rug was well packed and protected from the elements. Overall it was a terrific experience. I currently have several other rugs in the shopping cart. I ordered my Kilim rug on August 5th and received it on August 12th. I couldn't believe how fast it came and with free shipping. It was packaged well. I opened it up and the rug looks exactly the same as the picture on the website. It is in wonderful shape and is just beautiful. I am so happy with the rug. After being in Turkey and buying a kilim while there, I can say that Kilim Studio prices and quality is just as good as traveling to Turkey and buying there. It's my second time purchasing from Kilim Studio and I have been happy both times with the quality and cost and I am sure I will purchase another one in the future.

I ordered a vintage Kilim for my dining room and loved it SO much, that I ordered two custom rugs. Both rugs were made and delivered in a timely manner. The attention to detail, colors, quality of materials and customer service are beyond compare. I only wish I had more floor space so I could order more!

Fantastic Rug at a great price and the shipping was so fast.I love all of the additional images and color references available for each of the rugs. It is really hard to shop for textiles and rugs online and I appreciate the extra effort. Highly Recommend.
