I bought a large vintage Turkish carpet and from the website experience to paying to the delivery, every step was great - clear, informative, quick! I would say selection was the hardest part - once the order was placed, receiving the carpet in just a couple of days, without having to deal with the customs, was the best part. 100% recommended. Absolutely would use again.

This was my second purchase from Kilim. I loved my first rug so much I had to get a second for another room. The photos with the crayons really helped give me a "true" feel for the color so I was even more excited when it came and was better in person.

This is my 6th(!) rug purchase from kilim.com (of vintage kilims) and as always the rug is lovely, the colors true, the value for the money very good and the service/shipping seamless. The service was second to one. Question.s were answered promptly. The rug arrived in no time. The quality of the rug is very good colours a bit different then Imagined although going back on the website, every thing was there for me to figure the right colours: the picture with the paint chart and the crayon would have been very useful if I had bothered to pay attention. Nevertheless, love the rug I strongly recommend.

I highly recommend this company for the quality of their rugs and for their amazing customer service. I ordered a rug and in the process of it being shipped we were mandatorily evacuated because of hurricane Michael. I envisioned my beautiful rug sitting on our porch getting ruined while we were away. I emailed Kilim and requested they delay shipment and received an immediate response that they would deliver at a later date. We received the rug after the evacuation order ended and we had returned home. It is more beautiful than the pictures online. Kilim was also helpful in the selection process, sending additional pictures that included coordinating colors. I will purchase from Kilim again without a moments hesitation.
