We ordered 2 kilims and were so happy that we ordered 2 more!! They are vintage pieces but are in pristine condition. I wish I had room for more!

The sales folk at kilim are responsive and really helpful. They give clear responses which make it easier to make a decision on a large purchase.The shipping time was fast and free unlike many of the larger retailers.This is my third rug purchase from Kilim and initially I went with a different company - big mistake. I love my newest rug - it’s exactly as described and the quality is fantastic.

I ordered my Kilim rug on August 5th and received it on August 12th. I couldn't believe how fast it came and with free shipping. It was packaged well. I opened it up and the rug looks exactly the same as the picture on the website. It is in wonderful shape and is just beautiful. I am so happy with the rug. After being in Turkey and buying a kilim while there, I can say that Kilim Studio prices and quality is just as good as traveling to Turkey and buying there. It's my second time purchasing from Kilim Studio and I have been happy both times with the quality and cost and I am sure I will purchase another one in the future.

When we asked about a particular rug, they even sent us additional photos of it so that we would have an accurate representation of the color. I was hesitant to purchase a rug from pictures on line. The colors within the rug were critical to me. Kilim.com upon my request for more color info, took additional pictures with crayons and paint swatches sitting on the carpet. That solidified my choice. The rug arrived quickly and the way it was folded and shipped left the rug without marks when placed on the floor. I wasn’t expecting it to be of the quality of my parents’ thick antique Persian rug and it wasn’t . For the price, I’m pleased with this vintage rug. It has more class and personality than a machine made rug you can find at a big box store.

Kilim.com has a great website with dynamic visual tools and lots of helpful details about the rugs. Very useful for researching before choosing a rug. The customer service was excellent and the shipping service was surprisingly fast.
