I am so impressed with the website, there is so much detail available for each piece and now I’m equally impressed with your customer service. I’m a graphic designer, so I really appreciate the extra attention to color accuracy, with new pictures and inclusion of Pantone swatches and crayons. That is so helpful. Even with a warmer tone, it is still a beautiful piece and will be a wonderful addition to our home. We’re so excited to have it and find other places in our home for additional overdyed rugs. They’re all such treasures.
