I ordered a beautiful rug from Kilim.com; it arrived quickly and was well-packaged. Even though the rug wasn't quite the perfect fit for me, Halil (seller) was prompt and efficient in handling my return. I am now awaiting confirmation from him that the rug has been received. Our purchase went very smoothly, in fact Kilim double checked with us on color before shipment and then it arrived in just a few days. WAY faster than something ordered the same day stateside.
