Just wanted to let you know that my absolutely stunning carpet arrived today and I could not be happier. It is simply perfect and I am in love! We live in an 1885 Victorian row house in downtown Toronto and the room is long and narrow with lots of doors and a beautiful tiled fireplace. It was very hard to find a rug that worked! It really pulls the room together and is very durable too with a dog and a four year old boy. Thank you, all the best from Toronto, Canada.

I am so impressed with the website, there is so much detail available for each piece and now I’m equally impressed with your customer service. I’m a graphic designer, so I really appreciate the extra attention to color accuracy, with new pictures and inclusion of Pantone swatches and crayons. That is so helpful. Even with a warmer tone, it is still a beautiful piece and will be a wonderful addition to our home. We’re so excited to have it and find other places in our home for additional overdyed rugs.
