I bought 2 incredible rugs from Kilim Studio. They arrived in perfect condition relatively quickly and were exactly as pictured on the website. Colors were extremely accurate.I was nervous about purchasing handmade rugs online, but I couldn’t be happier with my purchases. The quality and workmanship are superb. I have now bought two gorgeous vintage wool runner rugs from Kilim Studio and I couldn't be happier with them! Both were amazingly well portrayed on the website and what arrived was exactly what I expected. Plus they both were immaculately clean and in great condition. They even include a lavender sachet in the packaging of every rug. Nice touch. So many beautiful overdyed rug options to choose from! I ordered 2 so I could decide on my favorite in my house. Both rugs I received were gorgeous, but one was an obvious winner in my space. Kilim’s customer service was wonderful about returning the other. I smile every time I walk past the fuschia rug I kept. Looking forward to ordering another one soon!
