We recently ordered a rug from Kilim.com to replace one that we truly loved but that had become a tripping hazard after years of wear and tear. I ordered what I thought was the best match for a replacement. Shortly after placing my order, I got an email from Ida with additional photos of the rug I had selected, as she wanted to make sure that I was aware that the rug was a bit more green in undertone than had been reflected in the original photos. I told her what we were looking for and sent a couple of photos of the room where it was going and the rug we were looking to replace, and she sent a couple of other options they also had in similar sizes and colors. In the end, we decided to stick with our original choice, and it arrived in South Carolina from Istanbul just days later, true to the photos she had sent. Overall, we are thrilled with our purchase and will DEFINITELY order from Kilim.com--excellent products and phenomenal customer service!

Beautiful rug!

I’ve purchased three Kilims and they have all exceeded my expectations. The photos are color- accurate, the shipping is timely and if you need help it will be courteous and prompt.

So many beautiful overdyed rug options to choose from! I ordered 2 so I could decide on my favorite in my house. Both rugs I received were gorgeous, but one was an obvious winner in my space. Kilim’s customer service was wonderful about returning the other. I smile every time I walk past the fuschia rug I kept. Looking forward to ordering another one soon!

Great service. If you needed colour clarifications, they were readily available. Product arrived on time and was as described on the website. These carpets aren't backed so they may need an underlayer.

I've bought a number of rugs from Kilim.com over the years, both vintage and new/custom. All have been good quality and as represented online. The vintage rugs have arrived extremely quickly, in a matter of days. The custom rugs take longer but are worth the wait. Customer service is prompt and helpful. I highly recommend them.
