This was my second purchase from Kilim. I loved my first rug so much I had to get a second for another room. The photos with the crayons really helped give me a "true" feel for the color so I was even more excited when it came and was better in person.

The rug I ordered arrived quickly, with easy tracking, and was carefully packaged. It was exactly as pictured online, a beautiful rug. Great experience with this company.
