I have been looking at this one particular rug for a couple of months and finally pulled the trigger and purchased it. Their AR feature on the phone is incredibly helpful. My rug was shipped via FedEx and came super quick to the US, packed with care, and customer service team were incredibly caring for when there was a slight error on fedex’s end. I was a bit hesitant to purchase a rug online without feeling and seeing it in person. However this company walked me through all of my concerns, offer free shipping and returns / exchanges so I thought 'Why not?' . I got a 1960s bohemian feel square rug that is bright and colorful. Just what I needed to cheer up my dark living room. It blends in with my eclectic Asian + mod decor. The colors were exactly as depicted in the online photo (which is not always the case from other companies). The description of the rug was exact and I could not be happier. I was hoping to leave a photo but there is no way to do that here.
