I've bought a number of rugs from Kilim.com over the years, both vintage and new/custom. All have been good quality and as represented online. The vintage rugs have arrived extremely quickly, in a matter of days. The custom rugs take longer but are worth the wait. Customer service is prompt and helpful. I highly recommend them.

This was my first purchase from Kilim.com. I was a little apprehensive because it seemed like a big purchase from a site I didn’t know but I couldn’t be happier. The site has huge selection, so much that it was difficult to choose. I ended up choosing a vintage rug. The site’s high resolution photos made it possible to judge the condition of the rug before I ordered. It shipped from Turkey, came well packaged and arrived quickly for an international order. Kilim.com also include a couple unexpected gifts, a simple but well made bag that went to my girlfriend and a nice, traditional Turkish glass charm. The good quality gifts was a classy touch. I’m not an expert on rug values but from shopping around it seems like the price was good. I want to thank Kilim.com for the great service.
