Our rug arrived yesterday and it is beautiful. We wanted to take this time to thank you for your excellent customer service. Shopping with you has been a great experience.

We got the rug and it looks absolutely beautiful. We love it. Once again, it was an absolute pleasure doing business with you.

Also, I wanted to add that I have been blown away by Kilim's customer service - everything from the care with which the rug was packed with a note and the gift of the eye, as well as your kind email made it feel like I was doing business with a trusted family friend. I hope to buy many more rugs from Kilim in the future and will highly recommend it to friends.

I am thrilled with my two kilims from Kilim.com. You have the best eye and the best collection. I spent too much money on four other rugs before finding the perfect rugs at your store (again)! Now I know never to go anywhere else. Thank you!
