I ordered a vintage Kilim for my dining room and loved it SO much, that I ordered two custom rugs. Both rugs were made and delivered in a timely manner. The attention to detail, colors, quality of materials and customer service are beyond compare. I only wish I had more floor space so I could order more!

I was hesitant to purchase a rug from pictures on line. The colors within the rug were critical to me. Kilim.com upon my request for more color info, took additional pictures with crayons and paint swatches sitting on the carpet. That solidified my choice. The rug arrived quickly and the way it was folded and shipped left the rug without marks when placed on the floor. I wasn’t expecting it to be of the quality of my parents’ thick antique Persian rug and it wasn’t . For the price, I’m pleased with this vintage rug. It has more class and personality than a machine made rug you can find at a big box store.

I ordered two custom sized rugs from Kilim Studio. The communication was great! I was given a variety of design layouts to choose from. They arrived sooner than expected and they are beautiful and very well made. We will be enjoying them for years to come. They also gave me excellent advice about where to purchase rug mats. Love ❤️

I have now bought two gorgeous vintage wool runner rugs from Kilim Studio and I couldn't be happier with them! Both were amazingly well portrayed on the website and what arrived was exactly what I expected. Plus they both were immaculately clean and in great condition. They even include a lavender sachet in the packaging of every rug. Nice touch. Communication was prompt, thorough and reassuring, also so nice that it was a real person, not just an automatic response. Delivery was fast and reliable. Amazing experience. The vintage wool runner was well packaged, and the design/color exactly as described. It shipped from Turkey via FedEx and arrived IN JUST A WEEK which is fantastic considering customs clearance requirements. Will definitely recommend and use again!!
