Speed and the fact that the rug was exactly as depicted in website photos. I loved the lavender and the spiritual glass charm which I found in my package. The rug was well packed and protected from the elements. Overall it was a terrific experience. I currently have several other rugs in the shopping cart. I highly recommend this company for the quality of their rugs and for their amazing customer service. I ordered a rug and in the process of it being shipped we were mandatorily evacuated because of hurricane Michael. I envisioned my beautiful rug sitting on our porch getting ruined while we were away. I emailed Kilim and requested they delay shipment and received an immediate response that they would deliver at a later date. We received the rug after the evacuation order ended and we had returned home. It is more beautiful than the pictures online. Kilim was also helpful in the selection process, sending additional pictures that included coordinating colors. I will purchase from Kilim again without a moments hesitation.

When they arrived, literally 5 days later from Turkey, I was overwhelmed by how beautiful the two vintage kilims are, the colors and woven textures really are much more vivid and rich in person. All communications and follow up with Kilim have been helpful and timely. I am very happy with my new rugs and already thinking about future rug purchases.

I bought a large vintage Turkish carpet and from the website experience to paying to the delivery, every step was great - clear, informative, quick! I would say selection was the hardest part - once the order was placed, receiving the carpet in just a couple of days, without having to deal with the customs, was the best part. 100% recommended.
