I have now bought two gorgeous vintage wool runner rugs from Kilim Studio and I couldn't be happier with them! Both were amazingly well portrayed on the website and what arrived was exactly what I expected. Plus they both were immaculately clean and in great condition. They even include a lavender sachet in the packaging of every rug. Nice touch. Communication was prompt, thorough and reassuring, also so nice that it was a real person, not just an automatic response. Delivery was fast and reliable. Rug is perfect!Good communication, pretty fast shipping, arrived and looked even better than online. Appreciate the photoshop that helped me see how it would look in my space, and it was pretty accurate to reality. All in all, totally worth it for a rug that's so much nicer and more interesting than a similar priced new rug.

I ordered a vintage Kilim for my dining room and loved it SO much, that I ordered two custom rugs. Both rugs were made and delivered in a timely manner. The attention to detail, colors, quality of materials and customer service are beyond compare. I only wish I had more floor space so I could order more!

Y’all have the best rugs. I’ve ordered six vintage rugs and they’ve surpassed my expectations. I generally do not like buying rugs online because of the color variations, and unwrapping the delivery is kind of like opening a grab bag….you’re never sure what’s going to be inside! But I’ve always been super pleased; the rugs are of excellent quality, true to size, with a beautiful warm, vintage feel. The little free gifts y’all throw in are much appreciated too! Can’t say enough good things. :)
