The vintage rugs have arrived extremely quickly, in a matter of days. The custom rugs take longer but are worth the wait. Customer service is prompt and helpful. I highly recommend them.

Really like the visualize in room offering. They do a really good job editing it into your picture so it's a quite accurate visualization and the turnaround time for it is fairly quick! (Less than a day usually)The rugs was as pictured and I like it.
