Bu "boyalı" halı, 60'lı veya 70'li yıllarda dokunan orijinal bir el dokuma Isparta halısının özenle dönüştürülmesi ile ortaya çıkmıştır. Yün ve pamuktan dokunan bu halı, 187 cm x 278 cm ölçülerindedir.
Bu dönüşüm süreci, halının havını düşürmek için el makineleri ile traşlamayla başlar. Daha sonra renkleri azaltmak için bir dizi işlemden geçirilirler. Artık tek renkte boyanmaya hazırdırlar. İstenen doygunluk seviyesine ve tonlara ulaşmak için birkaç kez boyanır. Bu muhteşem dönüşüm, modern dekoru tamamlayan eşsiz görünüme sahip halılar ortaya çıkartır ve çağdaş sanatın bir parçası olarak düşünülebilir.
