I needed an area rug for my office and narrowed it down to two colors of Turkish patchwork ones online. At first, I thought that I would order them both, keep the one that I wanted and return the other.But in discussion with the people at Kilim, they offered to superimpose images of my options with pictures I took of the office. The images were amazing! And made my choice obvious. I ordered one rug.When it arrived, I took a picture of the office with the real rug and could barely tell the difference between the real picture and the simulation they sent the week before.It was a wonderful 21st century rug buying experience.

Rug didn't work in the room but the return process was seamless and civil. Seems like a small family-run business, with personal attention. Also the rug was very nice quality--sad it didn't work with my crazy wallpaper!
