This carpet is so beautiful. Exactly the colours of the the online photo image. Shipping was quick. A couple of nice postcards and a kilim cushion cover were gifts in the package! Overall a very good purchasing experience!

We recently ordered a rug from Kilim.com to replace one that we truly loved but that had become a tripping hazard after years of wear and tear. I ordered what I thought was the best match for a replacement. Shortly after placing my order, I got an email from Ida with additional photos of the rug I had selected, as she wanted to make sure that I was aware that the rug was a bit more green in undertone than had been reflected in the original photos. I told her what we were looking for and sent a couple of photos of the room where it was going and the rug we were looking to replace, and she sent a couple of other options they also had in similar sizes and colors. In the end, we decided to stick with our original choice, and it arrived in South Carolina from Istanbul just days later, true to the photos she had sent.
