Exactly what the picture showed. This rug is gorgeous with lively colors, yet the aged look of a vintage rug. Looks perfect in our living room. It was well packaged and arrived quickly. I am so happy with this purchase and hope to do business again! Very responsive customer service.

I bought a large vintage Turkish carpet and from the website experience to paying to the delivery, every step was great - clear, informative, quick! I would say selection was the hardest part - once the order was placed, receiving the carpet in just a couple of days, without having to deal with the customs, was the best part. 100% recommended. My rug is gorgeous, clean, and in excellent shape. The colors are were very true to the images online. I was expecting a certificate of authenticity but I may have misunderstood that part and it doesn't really matter because the quality is obvious. Also love the special goodies included with the shipment. I will order again from kilm!
