I was a bit hesitant to purchase a rug online without feeling and seeing it in person. However this company walked me through all of my concerns, offer free shipping and returns / exchanges so I thought 'Why not?' . I got a 1960s bohemian feel square rug that is bright and colorful. Just what I needed to cheer up my dark living room. It blends in with my eclectic Asian + mod decor. The colors were exactly as depicted in the online photo (which is not always the case from other companies). The description of the rug was exact and I could not be happier. I was hoping to leave a photo but there is no way to do that here.

I ordered two custom sized rugs from Kilim Studio. The communication was great! I was given a variety of design layouts to choose from. This rug was beautiful and in great condition and arrived very quickly. When we realized it did not fit into our space as planned they were extremely accommodating with a return. Will not hesitate to buy from them again!

Speed and the fact that the rug was exactly as depicted in website photos. I loved the lavender and the spiritual glass charm which I found in my package.
