I was hesitant to purchase a rug from pictures on line. The colors within the rug were critical to me. Kilim.com upon my request for more color info, took additional pictures with crayons and paint swatches sitting on the carpet. That solidified my choice. The rug arrived quickly and the way it was folded and shipped left the rug without marks when placed on the floor. I wasn’t expecting it to be of the quality of my parents’ thick antique Persian rug and it wasn’t . For the price, I’m pleased with this vintage rug. It has more class and personality than a machine made rug you can find at a big box store.

I love my 'new' rug. It is just what I expected from the photos. It was very helpful to have the rug photoshopped into my room so I could judge how it would look there. i ordered a 6x10' vintage turkish rug. a very pleasant surprise was that the actual color of the rug was exactly as represented on your website. the size and condition was also as represented. shipping was via fedex and was received earlier than expected. bottom line: i loved the rug and the shopping experience with Kilim and will definitely order from them again soon. looking to order a runner from them now.
