My emails were returned within hours and he did everything in his power to make sure I was happy and satisfied. Customer service like this simply doesn't exist anywhere else. Also, the kilim I bought was beautiful and arrived exactly as advertised.

Rug is perfect!Good communication, pretty fast shipping, arrived and looked even better than online. Appreciate the photoshop that helped me see how it would look in my space, and it was pretty accurate to reality. All in all, totally worth it for a rug that's so much nicer and more interesting than a similar priced new rug.
