Good product as described and shown in photo. Looks great in my house. I’ve purchased two kilims and I’m happy with both.

Better then expected, easy fast shipping

I was hesitant to buy such a high end item on line from thousands of miles away ... but my experience was beyond expectation. The kilim we purchased is absolutely gorgeous ,reasonably priced and excellent quality. My questions were promptly answered online, with extra photos sent to confirm colors and texture. Shipping was fast and reliable ...we are hooked! About to purchase a second rug.

The rug is as beautiful as I hoped. The communication about the delivery was transparent and in a timely manner, and the delivery itself was surprisingly fast, considering that it came from Turkey.I was impressed by the very personal touch - a little lucky token, a letter and some very nice postcards that were clearly done with love to the product and a good customer relationship in mind. Love my rug! It’s a perfect compliment between my Moroccan tile, white cabinets, beige rug, and brown sofas. The quality is beautiful, sturdy, and soft-to-touch at same time. The colors are so rich! Love it!
