I bought a large vintage Turkish carpet and from the website experience to paying to the delivery, every step was great - clear, informative, quick! I would say selection was the hardest part - once the order was placed, receiving the carpet in just a couple of days, without having to deal with the customs, was the best part. 100% recommended. Stunning rug, excellent customer service. I mistakenly purchased two instead of one and they immediately refunded me. The rug also came in great condition and didn't have permanent creases like others I have bought online in the past. Would definitely buy again!
