This is my 5th rug from Kilim. Products are true to photo representation, and add great character to the space.

I ordered two custom sized rugs from Kilim Studio. The communication was great! I was given a variety of design layouts to choose from. I highly recommend this company for the quality of their rugs and for their amazing customer service. I ordered a rug and in the process of it being shipped we were mandatorily evacuated because of hurricane Michael. I envisioned my beautiful rug sitting on our porch getting ruined while we were away. I emailed Kilim and requested they delay shipment and received an immediate response that they would deliver at a later date. We received the rug after the evacuation order ended and we had returned home. It is more beautiful than the pictures online. Kilim was also helpful in the selection process, sending additional pictures that included coordinating colors. I will purchase from Kilim again without a moments hesitation.

It was helpful to use the filters and categories you have on your website, colors, dimensions and pattern style...The information on each rug was easy to find and I took my time considering.
