We recently ordered a rug from Kilim.com to replace one that we truly loved but that had become a tripping hazard after years of wear and tear. I ordered what I thought was the best match for a replacement. Shortly after placing my order, I got an email from Ida with additional photos of the rug I had selected, as she wanted to make sure that I was aware that the rug was a bit more green in undertone than had been reflected in the original photos. I told her what we were looking for and sent a couple of photos of the room where it was going and the rug we were looking to replace, and she sent a couple of other options they also had in similar sizes and colors. In the end, we decided to stick with our original choice, and it arrived in South Carolina from Istanbul just days later, true to the photos she had sent. Overall, we are thrilled with our purchase and will DEFINITELY order from Kilim.com--excellent products and phenomenal customer service!

Easy to navigate website, good amount of detail listed, item exactly as described, very good deal, item arrived at my doorstep halfway around the world in 2.5 days. Item was packaged well and included a neat little Turkish charm and free carpet tape. I had a great experience and will most definitely buy from kilim.com again!

Fantastic Rug at a great price and the shipping was so fast.I love all of the additional images and color references available for each of the rugs. It is really hard to shop for textiles and rugs online and I appreciate the extra effort. Highly Recommend.

Arrived even better looking than online, the crayons helped so much to know what the colours would be! Shipped very quickly and arrived safe. Loved the little lavender sachet wrapped inside, showed so much care for a quality item. Extremely satisfied!
