When we asked about a particular rug, they even sent us additional photos of it so that we would have an accurate representation of the color. My rug is gorgeous, clean, and in excellent shape. The colors are were very true to the images online. I was expecting a certificate of authenticity but I may have misunderstood that part and it doesn't really matter because the quality is obvious. Also love the special goodies included with the shipment. I will order again from kilm!
