Rug didn't work in the room but the return process was seamless and civil. Seems like a small family-run business, with personal attention. Also the rug was very nice quality--sad it didn't work with my crazy wallpaper!

The rug is as beautiful as I hoped. The communication about the delivery was transparent and in a timely manner, and the delivery itself was surprisingly fast, considering that it came from Turkey.I was impressed by the very personal touch - a little lucky token, a letter and some very nice postcards that were clearly done with love to the product and a good customer relationship in mind. I own an Interior Design business and will work with kilim.com in the future.Thank you!

Perfect product and service

I bought two runners. They are quite beautiful. Before purchasing I needed some assistance re the pile height and reached out to Kilim. Kilim was happy to get me the information I needed and we are simply thrilled. Biggest 5 stars!!!
