I highly recommend this company for the quality of their rugs and for their amazing customer service. I ordered a rug and in the process of it being shipped we were mandatorily evacuated because of hurricane Michael. I envisioned my beautiful rug sitting on our porch getting ruined while we were away. I emailed Kilim and requested they delay shipment and received an immediate response that they would deliver at a later date. We received the rug after the evacuation order ended and we had returned home. It is more beautiful than the pictures online. Kilim was also helpful in the selection process, sending additional pictures that included coordinating colors. I will purchase from Kilim again without a moments hesitation.

I have now bought two gorgeous vintage wool runner rugs from Kilim Studio and I couldn't be happier with them! Both were amazingly well portrayed on the website and what arrived was exactly what I expected. Plus they both were immaculately clean and in great condition. They even include a lavender sachet in the packaging of every rug. Nice touch. Communication was prompt, thorough and reassuring, also so nice that it was a real person, not just an automatic response. Delivery was fast and reliable. The service was second to one. Question.s were answered promptly. The rug arrived in no time. The quality of the rug is very good colours a bit different then Imagined although going back on the website, every thing was there for me to figure the right colours: the picture with the paint chart and the crayon would have been very useful if I had bothered to pay attention. Nevertheless, love the rug I strongly recommend.

So many beautiful overdyed rug options to choose from! I ordered 2 so I could decide on my favorite in my house. Both rugs I received were gorgeous, but one was an obvious winner in my space. I love my new runner! It looks exactly like its picture, and it arrived very quickly. Plus I got a wonderful little gift of postcards with pictures of beautiful rugs, quotes from famous thinkers, and a lovely Turkish evil eye pendant for my home.
