Every aspect of our experience with kilim was fabulous. They are so responsive and willing to answer all questions. When we asked about a particular rug, they even sent us additional photos of it so that we would have an accurate representation of the color. Y’all have the best rugs. I’ve ordered six vintage rugs and they’ve surpassed my expectations. I generally do not like buying rugs online because of the color variations, and unwrapping the delivery is kind of like opening a grab bag….you’re never sure what’s going to be inside! But I’ve always been super pleased; the rugs are of excellent quality, true to size, with a beautiful warm, vintage feel. The little free gifts y’all throw in are much appreciated too! Can’t say enough good things. :)

The service was second to one. Question.s were answered promptly. The rug arrived in no time. The quality of the rug is very good colours a bit different then Imagined although going back on the website, every thing was there for me to figure the right colours: the picture with the paint chart and the crayon would have been very useful if I had bothered to pay attention. Nevertheless, love the rug I strongly recommend.
