I have now bought two gorgeous vintage wool runner rugs from Kilim Studio and I couldn't be happier with them! Both were amazingly well portrayed on the website and what arrived was exactly what I expected. Plus they both were immaculately clean and in great condition. They even include a lavender sachet in the packaging of every rug. Nice touch. Ida was unbelievably helpful. I purchased an overdyed rug and she contacted me with more pictures and descriptions to ensure I would be satisfied with my purchase. With her guidance, I ended up choosing a different rug that works perfectly in my home. I didn’t feel like a faceless customer like I do when making an online purchase.
