Vintage Anadolu Kilim 195 cm x 357 cm

I highly recommend this company for the quality of their rugs and for their amazing customer service. I ordered a rug and in the process of it being shipped we were mandatorily evacuated because of hurricane Michael. I envisioned my beautiful rug sitting on our porch getting ruined while we were away. I emailed Kilim and requested they delay shipment and received an immediate response that they would deliver at a later date. We received the rug after the evacuation order ended and we had returned home. It is more beautiful than the pictures online. Kilim was also helpful in the selection process, sending additional pictures that included coordinating colors. I will purchase from Kilim again without a moments hesitation.

I can't say enough about the customer service from this company. Every step of the way, Can Gurel was extraordinarily responsive. My emails were returned within hours and he did everything in his power to make sure I was happy and satisfied. Customer service like this simply doesn't exist anywhere else. Also, the kilim I bought was beautiful and arrived exactly as advertised.

Seamless, carpets arrived promptly. Were in great condition. All communication was responded too immediately very happy indeed!!

Shipping was quite fast considering it is international, and a gift was even included with my large rug! Love the rug too. Exactly as shown.
