I have now bought two gorgeous vintage wool runner rugs from Kilim Studio and I couldn't be happier with them! Both were amazingly well portrayed on the website and what arrived was exactly what I expected. Plus they both were immaculately clean and in great condition. They even include a lavender sachet in the packaging of every rug. Nice touch. Communication was prompt, thorough and reassuring, also so nice that it was a real person, not just an automatic response. Delivery was fast and reliable. I love my new runner! It looks exactly like its picture, and it arrived very quickly. Plus I got a wonderful little gift of postcards with pictures of beautiful rugs, quotes from famous thinkers, and a lovely Turkish evil eye pendant for my home. We were absolutely delighted with both the service and our new Kilim rug. The rug is even better than the picture (and it looked pretty sweet in the pic). And it was delivered very quickly. Loved the bookmarks, postcards and Evil Eye that came with the rug!

Good quality. I thought the rug might be in NJ but it was shipped from Istanbul. Still arrived relatively fast. I've been to Istanbul 2x so i am a great fan of Turkish culture. My paintings and rugs take me back to a land i'd rather be.
