Kilim.com is legit. We ordered our rug from Texas and had it in a week. Quality is exceptional! Almost as good as drinking apple tea and having them throw rugs at our feet. The website is great!

Even more important, the vintage rug arrived more quickly that I expected, and it is clean, beautiful, and in very good condition, as advertised. The little extra gift was a nice surprise.

The rug is as beautiful as I hoped. The communication about the delivery was transparent and in a timely manner, and the delivery itself was surprisingly fast, considering that it came from Turkey.I was impressed by the very personal touch - a little lucky token, a letter and some very nice postcards that were clearly done with love to the product and a good customer relationship in mind. Ida was unbelievably helpful. I purchased an overdyed rug and she contacted me with more pictures and descriptions to ensure I would be satisfied with my purchase. With her guidance, I ended up choosing a different rug that works perfectly in my home. I didn’t feel like a faceless customer like I do when making an online purchase.
