My rug is gorgeous, clean, and in excellent shape. The colors are were very true to the images online. I was expecting a certificate of authenticity but I may have misunderstood that part and it doesn't really matter because the quality is obvious. Speed and the fact that the rug was exactly as depicted in website photos. I loved the lavender and the spiritual glass charm which I found in my package.
