Ida was unbelievably helpful. I purchased an overdyed rug and she contacted me with more pictures and descriptions to ensure I would be satisfied with my purchase. With her guidance, I ended up choosing a different rug that works perfectly in my home. I didn’t feel like a faceless customer like I do when making an online purchase. Remarkably easy to work with given we were half the world apart. Design process was facilitated by paint and crayon samples I could get locally to be sure of true colors.Finished product delivered as scheduled and is even better than I anticipated.Pricing was excellent, too

My emails were returned within hours and he did everything in his power to make sure I was happy and satisfied. Customer service like this simply doesn't exist anywhere else. Also, the kilim I bought was beautiful and arrived exactly as advertised.

Fantastic Rug at a great price and the shipping was so fast.I love all of the additional images and color references available for each of the rugs. It is really hard to shop for textiles and rugs online and I appreciate the extra effort. Highly Recommend.

The color brown is different at the bottom 14” of rug and there are a few flaws in the weaving. I’m keeping it. I will place furniture to distract from flaws.

I've bought a number of rugs from Kilim.com over the years, both vintage and new/custom. All have been good quality and as represented online. The vintage rugs have arrived extremely quickly, in a matter of days. The custom rugs take longer but are worth the wait. Customer service is prompt and helpful. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend this company for the quality of their rugs and for their amazing customer service. I ordered a rug and in the process of it being shipped we were mandatorily evacuated because of hurricane Michael. I envisioned my beautiful rug sitting on our porch getting ruined while we were away. I emailed Kilim and requested they delay shipment and received an immediate response that they would deliver at a later date. We received the rug after the evacuation order ended and we had returned home. It is more beautiful than the pictures online. Kilim was also helpful in the selection process, sending additional pictures that included coordinating colors. I will purchase from Kilim again without a moments hesitation.
