Good quality. I thought the rug might be in NJ but it was shipped from Istanbul. Still arrived relatively fast. I've been to Istanbul 2x so i am a great fan of Turkish culture. My paintings and rugs take me back to a land i'd rather be.

Rug is perfect!Good communication, pretty fast shipping, arrived and looked even better than online. Appreciate the photoshop that helped me see how it would look in my space, and it was pretty accurate to reality. All in all, totally worth it for a rug that's so much nicer and more interesting than a similar priced new rug.

I was hesitant to purchase a rug from pictures on line. The colors within the rug were critical to me. Kilim.com upon my request for more color info, took additional pictures with crayons and paint swatches sitting on the carpet. That solidified my choice. The rug arrived quickly and the way it was folded and shipped left the rug without marks when placed on the floor. I wasn’t expecting it to be of the quality of my parents’ thick antique Persian rug and it wasn’t . For the price, I’m pleased with this vintage rug. It has more class and personality than a machine made rug you can find at a big box store.

I ordered a beautiful rug from Kilim.com; it arrived quickly and was well-packaged. Even though the rug wasn't quite the perfect fit for me, Halil (seller) was prompt and efficient in handling my return. I am now awaiting confirmation from him that the rug has been received. The rug is magnificent. Utterly superb, sublime. It makes you gasp and dominates the room. It is the most beautiful quality rug I have ever seen. I will definitely go back to shop at Kilim Studio. And I won't buy my rugs anywhere else.
