Great experience. Buying a rug online may seem daunting but with Kilim it’s not! Their website is extremely well designed and functional with amazing inventory, great search filters and realistic pictures. Shipping and delivery were super efficient, rugs arrived quickly and safely packaged. The customer service is impressive too, very responsive to emails about the product and the delivery process. Beautiful rug when it arrived. The lovely pattern and colors are true to the photos. But after a week, the weaving is unraveling in various areas. For a 900 dollar rug, I am very disappointed. Also, no one answered my email explaining the problem.

I was hesitant to purchase a rug from pictures on line. The colors within the rug were critical to me. Kilim.com upon my request for more color info, took additional pictures with crayons and paint swatches sitting on the carpet. That solidified my choice. The rug arrived quickly and the way it was folded and shipped left the rug without marks when placed on the floor. I wasn’t expecting it to be of the quality of my parents’ thick antique Persian rug and it wasn’t . For the price, I’m pleased with this vintage rug. It has more class and personality than a machine made rug you can find at a big box store.

We were absolutely delighted with both the service and our new Kilim rug. The rug is even better than the picture (and it looked pretty sweet in the pic). And it was delivered very quickly. Loved the bookmarks, postcards and Evil Eye that came with the rug!

This is my 6th(!) rug purchase from kilim.com (of vintage kilims) and as always the rug is lovely, the colors true, the value for the money very good and the service/shipping seamless. I strongly recommend giving their wide range of inventory a look. I will continue to shop with them until my last wood floor has an area rug!

i ordered a 6x10' vintage turkish rug. a very pleasant surprise was that the actual color of the rug was exactly as represented on your website. the size and condition was also as represented. shipping was via fedex and was received earlier than expected. bottom line: i loved the rug and the shopping experience with Kilim and will definitely order from them again soon. looking to order a runner from them now.
